- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2/three cup buttermilk
- 2/three cup bitter cream
- 1/four cup vegetable oil
- half cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/four cup chopped cooked bacon
- three tablespoons chopped chives
Warmth the oven to 450 levels. Generously spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a big bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Whisk within the buttermilk, bitter cream, and oil.
Add the cheese, bacon, and chives. Use a big spoon to drop tablespoons of batter onto the ready baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of area between every cookie.
Bake till raised and golden brown, about 15 minutes.
