BLUE FIELD – Roger Topping, a current member of the Mercer County Board of Well being, has been named the brand new administrator of the Mercer County Well being Division.
Topping replaces Brenda Donithan, who has been an interim administrator after former administrator Susan Kadar retired final 12 months.
The chairman of the board, Dr. Randy Maxwell, made the announcement Monday afternoon.
Topping had been on the board of well being for about two years earlier than not too long ago resigning.

Topping was an administrator at Welch Group Hospital and previous to his retirement in 2017 he was an administrator at Princeton Well being Care Middle, the place he has continued to function a guide.
Topping can be a previous president of the West Virginia Well being Affiliation and a member of the West Virginia Nursing Dwelling Directors Licensing Board.
