NEWBURYPORT – Two Haverhill males accused of stealing greater than $ 1,600 value of Marshalls clothes in April pleaded responsible to theft and conspiracy expenses Wednesday in Newburyport District Courtroom and had been sentenced to 6 months in jail.
Peter Beebe, 29, of South Porter Avenue and Dennis B. Curley, 31, of How Avenue, every obtained a 91-day credit score for time already served.
On April 28 at round four:40 p.m., witnesses known as police after seeing two Marshalls workers chasing two males carrying rubbish baggage out of the shop, positioned inside Market Basket Plaza.
