Buko Pandan Fruit Salad
- 2 packages of tender coconut meat, shredded into strips and reserve the juice
- 2 cans of inexperienced gelatin, reduce into cubes and hold the juice
- 1 bottle of coconut gel
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of carnation milk
- three teaspoons pandan flavoring
- 2 packages of tapioca pearls
Boil tapioca pearls with water till clear virtually translucent. If they’re nonetheless white, they don’t seem to be cooked.
Pressure the pearls when they’re prepared and wash them with water till the water is obvious and never cloudy. Place in a bowl and put aside till prepared to mix substances.
Lower the inexperienced gelatin into cubes and reserve.
In a big bowl, mix jello with juice, buko strips with juice, condensed milk, and coconut gels.
Add three teaspoons of pandan flavoring.
