LAWRENCE (KSNT) – The College of Kansas Athletics on Monday introduced a partnership with Altius Sports activities to supervise Jayhawk’s title, picture and likeness program.
Altius will provide KU’s “strategic imaginative and prescient, planning and collaboration” because the college seeks to construct NIL choices for its athletes.
“Our partnership with Altius Sports activities supplies impression instruments as we strategically transfer into the second part of our NIL program,” Kansas Athletic Director Travis Goff stated in a press launch from Altius Sports activities.
Because the NIL guidelines change and adapt, Atlius plans to maneuver with him.
“Success and sustainability within the midst of the persevering with evolution of collegiate athletics requires innovation and collaboration, and Kansas embraces that mentality,” stated Andrew Donovan, vice chairman of collegiate partnerships Atlius Sports activities. “We look ahead to becoming a member of forces with the Jayhawks to construct on a stable basis and proactively equip all KU stakeholders to navigate this new period responsibly and efficiently – now and for years to return.”
Kansas can be seeking to rent a NIL service director for this system.
