For the fifth 12 months in a row, Pastor Tom Barber of the Folks’s Metropolis Mission will go 24 hours with out meals, sleep or shelter to advocate for the homeless.
Barber will likely be sitting outdoors the Hy-Vee at 84th and Holdrege from 9 a.m. Thursday via 9 a.m. Friday. Pastor Tom will likely be talking with company from the group 24 hours a day. The mission encourages folks to donate water, certainly one of their greatest emergency wants throughout excessive warmth.
