On Could 11, throughout Nurses Week, the Residence of Friendship honored Trudy Hilsabeck with the 2022 Daisy Award.
Trudy has been on the Residence of Friendship on and off for the previous 13 years. Trudy is a really compassionate and caring nurse who does a tremendous job managing the care of our residents. Trudy performs many roles at our facility together with, however not restricted to, Day and Evening Shift Nurse, An infection Prevention Specialist, Hairdresser, Resident Appointment Driver, Appointment Resident Advocate, Florist, Gardener, and Resident Advisor.
The final two years have been a whirlwind of ever-changing guidelines and laws which have modified the way in which we method long-term care providers. Throughout that point, Trudy has held her personal as a nail within the an infection prevention position. Even with so many adjustments and every day challenges, Trudy has been a mannequin of management and perseverance. We’re so grateful to have her on our staff! Trudy, phrases can’t specific our appreciation for all that you just do.
Clearly, Trudy’s future was to turn out to be a nurse and we’d all agree that God was not fallacious about that. We wish to personally thank Trudy for being such a beautiful worker.
