Tulsa police arrested a person who threatened to shoot him Saturday evening.
Police mentioned a nurse known as them to Hillcrest Medical Middle.
The nurse informed police that Matthew Starkel was visiting a affected person and commenced speaking loudly about needing again surgical procedure.
