LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — In honor of Black, Indigenous and Colour Psychological Well being Month, a free minority psychological well being summit was held in West Louisville on Saturday.
The summit, held on the St. Stephen Household Life Heart, targeted on conversations about ending the stigma round psychological well being.
Cincinnati Bengals huge receiver Tee Higgins was the keynote speaker, sharing his private struggles with psychological well being.
Seven Counties Providers stated Black and Native People are disproportionately affected and have fewer accessible psychological well being companies.
