CHICAGO – One individual is in custody following an incident at a restaurant in Chicago’s Loop through which a number of individuals had been pepper-sprayed.
Police mentioned officers had been on patrol within the 200 block of North Wabash round 1 a.m. Sunday once they mentioned individuals had been working out of Emerald Loop.
The group of individuals mentioned they had been having bother respiratory. Paramedics had been known as and other people had been handled on the scene.
Police had been in a position to receive an outline of the individual chargeable for sterilizing the mace, and officers discovered him close by. He was taken into custody.
