MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis man is dealing with prices after he allegedly cornered a Household Greenback worker with a automobile after stealing from the shop.
On Thursday, officers responded to an aggravated assault and theft name on the Household Greenback on South Mendenhall Street close to Winchester.
Memphis police say staff noticed 30-year-old Jeremy Jennings stealing youngsters’s clothes and diapers. He had reportedly taken $133 price of things.
In response to police, staff tried to cease Jennings as he was leaving the enterprise. The supervisor got here out and requested Jennings to return the gadgets. Jennings reportedly advised the supervisor, “I simply walked out and obtained a gun.”

Memphis police say surveillance video from the car parking zone supported the supervisor’s and witnesses’ account of the incident.
Jennings has been charged with aggravated assault and theft of property.
