Sally was born in Warren, Pa., on April 29, 1939, to Raymond Slate and Anna Grey, the place she lived till transferring to SW Florida in 1989.

Her three grandchildren: Christopher (Maggie) Falkinburg, Sean Falkinburg and Ethan Locklin introduced her nice pleasure. She was additionally inspired by many nieces and nephews who enriched her life as they grew up.
She was preceded in demise by her husband, Frederick; 4 kids are her mother and father and her brother, James Slate.
