INDIANAPOLIS — A 3rd man has been charged with homicide in connection to a theft at a web-based clothes sale that came about in March on the northwest aspect of Indianapolis, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Division introduced Tuesday.
On Monday, the Marion County Prosecutor’s Workplace charged Antonio Wynn, 30, with homicide and two counts of theft. IMPD stated Wynn was already in custody on the time, however didn’t specify why. Police added that Wynn was the final suspect wished within the case.
The opposite two suspects, Carlos Bryant, 32, and Julius Thomas, 32, have already been arrested. Bryant was charged with homicide, theft leading to severe bodily damage, and armed theft. Thomas was charged with homicide and theft.
His expenses stem from an incident on March 6 by which Kerwin Pollard was shot and killed. Police imagine Pollard drove to Indianapolis from Elgin, Illinois, together with his fiancee, who informed detectives the couple traveled the Midwest promoting clothes on OfferUp, a web-based market.
Courtroom paperwork point out that after Pollard started displaying the suspects his garments, he was shot and his automobile was stolen.
