NEW ULM — Runnings is celebrating its 75th anniversary with sizzling canines this weekend.
On Friday, employees members have been exterior the New Ulm retailer barbecuing and giving clients free sizzling canines to honor the event.
The estimated employees between 11am and 2pm on Friday served over 400 sizzling canines.
The primary Runnings retailer opened in 1947 in Marshall, Minnesota. The corporate has been in New Ulm for greater than 40 years and has been working in its present West New Ulm location since 2014.
The celebration will proceed on Saturday. Between Eight-10am, Runnings shall be gifting away free cookies. From 11:00 to 14:00 they are going to serve sizzling canines once more. On Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to midday, there shall be extra free cookies.
