A South Fork man died in a bike accident Thursday morning in Lincoln Township, Bedford County.
In accordance with state police, Corey A. Yatsky, 21, was touring southbound on Route 869 at Burnt Home Street round 6:45 a.m. when his 2006 Suzuki Aerio crossed the middle line, went off the highway and hit a tree. Yatsky was thrown from the bike. The bike continued and hit a second tree, police stated.
Yatsky, who was carrying a helmet, was pronounced lifeless on the scene, in keeping with the report.
