Chennai: If the rumors circulating are to be believed, actor Vadivelu will reprise his immensely standard character, Murugesan, from director P Vasu’s blockbuster ‘Candramukhi’, within the upcoming horror comedy ‘Candramukhi 2’ as nicely.
The primary a part of ‘Chandramukhi’, which was produced by Sivaji Productions as their 50th movie in 2005, featured Rajinikanth, Prabhu, Jyothika, Nayanthara, Nasser and Vadivelu amongst others.
A remake of the Malayalam smash hit ‘Manichitrathazhu’, it grew to become an exceptional hit. Murugesan, the character performed by the comic Vadivelu within the first half, particularly, grew to become very talked-about.
Now, director P. Vasu, who directed the primary half, is making ‘Chandramukhi 2’, with actor Raghava Lawrence within the lead.
Rumors circulating within the trade recommend that though ‘Chandramukhi 2’ might be a unique story and won’t be a continuation of the primary half, the creators will hold solely the character of Vadivelu.
The ‘Chandramukhi 2’ unit not too long ago wrapped up the primary capturing schedule. Sources near the unit stated that the primary present was filmed in Mysuru and completed on Tuesday. The movie has music by MM Keeravaani, cinematography by RD Rajasekar, and artwork course by Thotta Tharani.
