HARKER HEIGHTS — A ready crowd prompted an area outreach ministry to open its cell meals pantry early and rapidly distribute its batch of non-perishable meals and winter objects like emergency preparedness kits that have been donated by an area chapter of the Sigma Gamma Rho sorority.
