Expertise shares had been down late Monday afternoon, with the SPDR Expertise Choose Sector Fund (XLK) down zero.7% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) off 2.9%.
The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index fell 2.7%.
