ORLANDO, Fla. – The Orlando Worldwide Airport tweeted Saturday evening that flight operations will proceed on Monday, regardless of an earlier tweet saying it could droop flights on Monday morning.
Airport authorities say Dorian's change in fact is the explanation for lifting his beforehand deliberate closure.
In an announcement, officers mentioned: "The Orlando Worldwide Airport will proceed regular operations on Monday. The earlier choice to droop flights was made after cautious consideration and as a precaution for the security of the general public and airport staff."
Nonetheless, airport officers say they are going to proceed to observe the storm and make adjustments as obligatory.
