A bicyclist was taken to the hospital and cited for a site visitors accident in Roseburg Thursday afternoon.
A Roseburg police report mentioned that round four:45 p.m. a driver of an SUV was pulled over on Northwest Mulholland Drive ready to make a proper flip onto Northwest Backyard Valley Boulevard.
