Frank Mugisha from Uganda has been appointed a Fellow of the newly based Institute of World Politics (IGP). This institute goals to deliver collectively distinguished policymakers, political leaders, practitioners and students below the management of former US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, who will chair the IGP School Advisory Board. It is going to be situated inside Columbia College's Faculty of Worldwide and Public Affairs (SIPA).
Dr. Mugisha, a famend advocate for LGBTI rights in Uganda, has been added to a formidable line-up of distinguished figures that features former British Overseas Secretary David Miliband, who now serves as President and CEO of the Worldwide Rescue Committee.
