Centenarians, folks 100 years outdated and older, typically say their objective in life retains them going, which is why some by no means retire.
Deborah Szekely, 102, nonetheless runs her health heart and spa and goes to work three days per week. She walks each day, follows a pescetarian eating regimen and values her friendships.
“My life is wholesome and it's structured to be wholesome,” Szekely tells CNBC Make It. “You don't get to be 102 and assume, 'Oh, nicely, I'll make an exception right here, an exception there.' I don't make exceptions. “I get pleasure from my wholesome life.”
