The town of Garland is handing management of its public well being clinic to Dallas County Well being and Human Providers to keep away from chopping companies as grant funds run out.
A metropolis workers report offered to the Metropolis Council throughout a June 18 assembly stated that whereas demand for companies supplied on the clinic continues to extend, “grants supporting this improve are ending.”
