If two MTA automobiles collided, the consequence could be catastrophic. However not so within the newest animation from Argentinian director Fernando Livschitz.
Like his earlier movies, which twist the mundane into the weird, “Pillow Struggle” reimagines odd parts of the city panorama as billowing pillows. Yellow taxis, an elevated walkway and even buildings get a bizarre, padded improve as they stumble upon one another to innocent impact.
