Zayn Malik has postponed a part of his sold-out tour following the demise of his One Course bandmate Liam Payne.
The singer was set to kick off the U.S. leg of his “Stairway to the Sky Tour” subsequent week in California. Malik made the announcement on Saturday on his social media accounts.
“Given the heartbreaking loss skilled this week, I’ve made the choice to postpone the US leg of the STAIRWAY TO THE SKY tour,” he wrote.

Payne died on October 16 after a fall from a lodge balcony in Argentina.
His former One Course bandmates Malik, Harry Kinds, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson shared a touching tribute to their late good friend.
“We’re utterly devastated by the information of Liam's passing,” they shared in a joint assertion. “In time, and when everybody is in a position to take action, there will probably be extra to say.
