KENDALL, WA (MyBellinghamNow.com) – A brand new useful resource to fight meals insecurity is coming to Kendall.
Sustainable Connections says it is going to open a neighborhood fridge on the Whatcom County Library System's North Fork Library on Tuesday, November 12.
The free refrigerated pantry, known as Freege, is the third to be arrange within the space, becoming a member of different Freedges close to the RE Retailer in Bellingham and the Higher Skagit Library in Concrete. They’re stocked with extra meals from farms, eating places and different companies in a system that reduces meals waste and reuses it for individuals who want it.
