A cooking and wholesome ageing sequence that was supposed to begin this week has been moved to January, the College of Guam stated Monday.
The sequence combines the curriculum of the Nihi ta Fanmama'tinas (Let's Cook dinner) applications and the keys to embracing wholesome ageing taught by UOG Cooperative Extension and Outreach.
The six-session wellness class centered on embracing ageing and cooking wholesome meals is open to adults of all ages. It has returned by well-liked demand for the reason that starting of this yr.
It’s led by Extension Associates Clarissa Barcinas, Katrina Macasaquit and Iesha Ibanez and Household and Client Sciences Specialist Tim de La Cruz.
