Leadership Tech Cohort 6 graduation
The graduates from Management Tech Cohort Six posed for a bunch picture after their commencement ceremony on Friday, April 11th.

Fifteen colleges and the employees of Tech Arkansas graduated the Skilled Growth Program in administration expertise, as members of Cohort Six, Friday, April 11th.

The next individuals, listed alphabetically with the College space through which they work, are the graduates from 2025 from Management Tech:

  • Kayla Mcintosh, the Atu-Ozark campus
  • Dr. Jay Submit, Enterprise and Financial Growth School
  • Eric Rector, Educational Enterprise Division
  • Daniel Smith, the Atu-Ozark campus
  • Dr. Heather Stefanski, School of Training and Well being
  • Stephanie Swatzel, School of Training and Well being
  • Dr. Dana Tribble, School of Training and Well being
  • Eric Walker, president’s workplace
  • Susan West, Enterprise and Financial Growth School

Management Tech members met often all through the educational 12 months 2024-25. They realized about varied facets of the ATU and developed their private abilities by rising self-awareness and alternatives to interact in teamwork.

Management Tech was based in 2016. This system mission is “to develop and enhance the data, abilities and management abilities of all people, in addition to the college’s collective management capability to acquire an unmatched excellence in our college students, the neighborhood supporters and the institutional household.”

The sixth cohort of administration expertise was guided by his expertise by a crew that included Dr. Sheila Jacobs, the Chancellor of the Atu-Ozark campus; Dr. Aubrey Holt, an ascier who visits the scholar’s enterprise administration lecturer and analysis director for the enterprise division of ATU; and Pam Cooper, the director of the annual giving.

Dr. Mary B. Gunter, a distinguished instructor of instructional administration and emeritus instructor of instructional administration, helped to execute this system throughout the tutorial 12 months 2024-25. Gunter retired from the trough in June 2023, after a 51 -year -old profession in training.

Two graduates of the administration expertise – Dr. Rob Stevens and Sherry Tinella – served as lead facilitators for Cohorta.
