wind susceptible areas.

* Humidity...10-15% in the course of the day with poor in a single day recoveries
round 20-35%.

* Thunderstorms...10-15% probability of remoted dry thunderstorms
with gusty, erratic outflow winds primarily within the Sierra.

* Period...eight to 12 hours.

* Impacts...The mix of gusty winds and low humidity can
trigger fireplace to quickly develop in dimension and depth earlier than first
responders can comprise them.
