At 1/35 scale, Simon Laveuve's (beforehand) miniature builds reveal loads of clues in regards to the absent occupants of every dwelling. From colourful items strung between pillars to framed photos, Laveuve's eccentric buildings seem in a spread of states of use in an imagined post-apocalyptic future.
In “Promesse En Solitaire,” or “solitary promise,” a lately deserted hat on a patio chair means that the forlorn island is usually inhabited.
