OpenAI's Sam Altman needed a mansion with a bat cave. As a substitute, he apparently bought a “lemon.”
That's in response to a brand new lawsuit filed in opposition to the contractors for Altman's $27 million residence in San Francisco's Russian Hill neighborhood.
The lawsuit in opposition to the builders, Troon Pacific and its CEO Greg Malin, seeks unspecified damages for the luxurious residence. The plaintiff is listed as 950 Lombard LLC and public information point out that the CEO of OpenAI is the present resident of the mansion, in response to the lawsuit. The San Francisco CustomaryThe LLC bought the house in 2020.
