Traverse Metropolis-El Traverse Metropolis Meals & Wine Pageant will welcome cooks, authors, specialists and well-known visitors identified from August 20 to 24.
The competition will enable attendees to hitch a celebration of agriculture, creativity and commerce.
The competition’s outstanding voices embrace:
- Tyler Florence – Meals Community, creator of Kitchen Books, nominated for James Beard, chef and proprietor of Miller & Lux in San Francisco
- Mei Lin – Winner of “High Chef” and Celeb Chef, James Beard Nominee, chef and proprietor of Nightshade, Daybird and 88 Membership in Los Angeles
- Sarah Welch-High Chef Concursion
- Celina Tio – High Chef Masters contestant and Iron Chef America, chef and proprietor of Belfry and Wolf Den in Kansas Metropolis, Missouri
- Kate Williams – Chef and proprietor of Girl of the Home, Sweet Bar and Karl’s in Detroit, nominated for James Beard and winner of the most effective eating places in Meals & Wine
- Omar Anani – Chef and proprietor of Saffron de Twah in Detroit, nominated for James Beard and a chopped meals community champion
- Ji Hye Kim – Chef and proprietor of Miss Kim in Ann Arbor, nominated for James Beard, named among the many finest new Meals & Wine cooks
