When Pleasure is not writing thrilling fantasy novels, she enjoys shopping the town’s espresso outlets and strolling round Chicago together with her canine, Luna.
A talented rower, Cooper is a Benjamin Franklin Award-winning writer, star of the critically acclaimed movie “A Most Lovely Factor,” Golden Oar winner for his contributions to the game of rowing, motivational speaker and activist. , notably on problems with accessibility for low-income households.
Cooper grew up on Chicago’s West Facet and in 1997 joined the nation’s first all-black highschool rowing workforce at Manley Excessive College.
