On the Hashimoto Modern gallery in Los Angeles, there’s greater than sufficient to search for. To which nearly 50 artists contributed Potlucka gaggle exhibition opening this week that celebrates the fun, comforts and disgusts of sharing a meal.
From work and drawings to ceramics to crochet, the present spans a variety of tastes and preferences, that includes dozens of works that talk to meals and communal gatherings from totally different cultures. Included are tracks by a number of artists beforehand featured on Colossal, together with Lou Benesch, Liz Flores, Sara Hagale, Seonna Hong, and Kate Jenkins.
Potluck is now in its fourth iteration and can be on view from February 10th to March 2nd.
