In a current development of labor, Iranian artist Salman Khoshroo (beforehand) pushes the boundaries of polymer. Thick globs of commercial materials are blended right into a gummy consistency in shades of colourful main colours blended with black and white. In an impressively charming stability of ruffled pads and methodical rags, Khoshroo sculpts gestural busts, evoking the human essence with a minimal variety of actions.

Polymer sequence arose from a steady investigation of various supplies and their inventive potential. Elaborating on this exploratory course of, the artist shares, “I search for supplies with attention-grabbing behaviors that embody a sure form of empathetic bodily feeling. This materials may be very gestural in itself: the items dance and wrestle with this sticky substance to form it into its last human types.”
