TORONTO – A lady residing in downtown Toronto discovered an unknown man inside her condominium sporting her garments and cooking a meal when she returned residence Monday evening, police say.
It occurred within the space of Yonge and Gloucester streets, north of Wellesley Avenue, at roughly 5 p.m., police stated in a press launch issued Wednesday.
On the time, police stated a 33-year-old lady returned residence and located a person inside her condominium.
“The defendant is alleged to have cooked a meal, stolen private objects and was sporting garments that belonged to the girl,” police stated.
The person fled the condominium as quickly as the girl known as the police.
He was situated by officers who responded shortly after and positioned below arrest, police stated.
Because of their investigation, police stated Robert Anthony Stumpo, 35, of Toronto has been charged with one rely of getting into and exiting.
He appeared in courtroom in Toronto on Wednesday morning.
“The police are searching for the help of the general public and knowledge on another potential victims,” the press launch reads.
