The Bear Valley Springs Cultural Arts Affiliation will host Insights Discuss puzzle and maze designer Dave Phillips at four pm June 25 on the Oak Tree Nation Membership, 29541 Rolling Oak Drive in Bear Valley Springs.
Phillips has designed puzzles for Reader’s Digest, Highlights, Nationwide Geographic World, Die Zeit, Ranger Rick, Omni, Video games, Scientific American, and United Options Syndicate. He has additionally created puzzle mazes for Hallmark and die-cut puzzle mazes for DaMert.
Phillips has designed and produced digital puzzles and logic titles for CD-i, Good Video games and eGames. He and his accomplice Rob Hafey personal eBrainyGames, an digital recreation improvement firm.
Since 2000, Phillips has partnered with Hugh McPherson of MaizeQuest, a corn maze firm, to design corn mazes, interactive video games, and walkable mazes (together with bamboo, hedges, and fences) for places in the USA, Canada, and England. .
Phillip moved to the US along with his household from England in 1960 when he was 9 years previous. He grew to become a naturalized citizen at age 25 and wrote his first ebook, “Graphic and Op Artwork Mazes,” at 26.
