Richard LaVern Huckabone, 91, died at his daughter’s house in Englewood, FL on Monday, January 16, 2023, following a short sickness. He was born September 23, 1931, in Kane Township, McKean County, PA to the late Joseph P. and Ethel M. Huckabone. He attended college in Sackett and Starbrick, PA. He graduated from Warren Excessive Faculty in 1948. He then graduated from Coyne Electrical Faculty in Chicago in 1949.
In 1952, he went to work at Warren State Hospital as an electrician. He then principally labored on the GTE Sylvania Plastics plant for 33 years as an electrician and foreman of a manufacturing division and upkeep division retiring in 1991.
“Dick” was a member of First Lutheran Church in Warren, PA. He additionally belonged to the Masons for over 50 years, being a 32 diploma member and was additionally a previous monarch of the Farrah Grotto. He additionally belonged to the Eagles and was a member of the Elks and Blueberry Hill Golf Membership. He beloved bowling and golf a lot in his prime that he wanted an Eight-day week.
