“En-Hako BLDG” shows wavy shapes in Saitama
TokyoNatural Design Studio is constructing a three-story business rental constructing on the border of a residential space in Saitama, Japan. The constructing is known as “En-hako BLDG”, mixing the phrases “Engawa” which means “conventional Japanese terrace” and “Hako” indicating “field form”. Forming in accordance with these two architectural components, the construction types an orthogonal framework enveloping it with adjoining natural formations on both facet of facade. Up to date design develops “spontaneously” adorning the city panorama with undulations wood balconies. The fronts of the designed verandas are coated with metal plates.

Positioned between a residential and business district, “En-hako BLDG” de structure studio Natural Design nestles amongst workplaces that take pleasure in views of the greenery of a close-by park, providing a “perch” that types undulating verandas on both facet of the facade that function a well-recognized landmark for the group. Creating a simple and visible move to the world, the construction’s road-side porch seems to stretch out into the busy neighborhood. The pair of raised undulating balconies are coated with wood eaves that run alongside the curves of the development.
