I used to work for our Springfield newspaper, so I am very acquainted with town’s meals and eating scene. We determined to eat at Ironworks Waffle Cafè, which is positioned in COhatch The Market in Springfield.
When you’re not acquainted with COhatch, it is a market and co-working house at 101 S. Fountain Ave.
My husband had the Bushnell waffle sandwich with bacon, cheddar cheese, fried rooster, and maple horseradish mayonnaise. He cherished his sandwich! I had a waffle with ice cream on high, which was what I favored essentially the most.
I admit, I want I had Chido’s tacos for breakfast. I did not understand they had been open for breakfast till another person ordered meals, however I purchased some chips, salsa, and queso to go.
