The College of Wyoming Extension will host a one-day convention on seasonal extension and small-scale meals manufacturing at Sheridan Faculty on Saturday, April 6. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter has the main points.
The convention, which is supported by the Wyoming Division of Agriculture's Specialty Crops Program, is a part of UW Extension's Harvest Wyoming initiative.
