HOUSTON – A Houston girl is in custody after firing a gun at a meals supply driver following a dispute over an order.
On Friday, police say Jalyn Searcy-Williams, 24, ordered alcohol from DoorDash, however the driver refused to drop him off as a result of the unique purchaser was not current. In response, Searcy-Williams fired a gun at him.
Officers responded to the 12500 block of Could Laurel Dr. after a close-by resident reported listening to gunshots. Searcy-Williams was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a lethal weapon.
Based on Officer Mark Herman, his bond has not been set presently.
