Fliggy Introduces 'AskMe' AI for Tailored Travel Planning

In a significant innovation in travel planning, Fliggy has launched its new AI assistant, 'AskMe', designed to transform how travelers organize their trips. This cutting-edge tool utilizes a multi-agent system to provide real-time, customized itineraries, streamlining the often overwhelming process of travel planning.

AskMe taps into Fliggy's extensive data resources, including information on flights, accommodations, attractions, and user reviews. By integrating Alibaba's Qwen AI models, it identifies complex travel requests and autonomously assembles tailored plans, acting as a 24/7 travel consultant.

Miranda Liu, Head of AI Product at Fliggy, emphasized the personal nature of travel and the challenges of decision-making. “While bespoke travel services can be expensive, we aim to democratize access to customized travel experiences using our vast data and AI capabilities,” she stated.

Users simply enter their travel preferences, and AskMe quickly analyzes these inputs, activating specialized AI agents to find optimal options. The assistant not only generates complete itineraries with booking links but also allows for real-time modifications and budget adjustments, ensuring flexibility for travelers.

Additionally, AskMe supports voice commands and provides visually engaging itineraries featuring images, maps, and interactive content, enhancing user experience. Currently, it is available to Fliggy F5 members and can be accessed through invite codes.

Fliggy aims to refine AskMe further by incorporating deeper insights from human travel consultants, enhancing its ability to deliver empathetic, personalized service. This initiative marks a pivotal step in making sophisticated travel planning accessible to all.
