Alex G and Paul Buchanan Release New Track Ahead of Film Soundtrack

Alex G has unveiled a new song titled "Pain Is the Heart of Love," featuring Paul Buchanan of the Blue Nile, as a preview of the soundtrack for the upcoming film Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma.
Set for full release on August 21, this collaboration marks Alex G's third project with filmmaker Jane Schoenbrun. The film stars Hannah Einbinder and Gillian Anderson and explores themes of horror and nostalgia.
In addition to this release, Alex G recently co-produced Phoebe Bridgers’ album Lost Weekend and completed a North American tour.
