Alexandre Oulès Takes Helm as COO of LVMH Beauty Division

LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has appointed Alexandre Oulès as the new chief operating officer for its beauty division, effective immediately. Oulès will report directly to Véronique Courtois, the division's president and CEO.

This newly created position is part of a restructured organization aimed at enhancing collaboration among various maisons. In his role, Oulès will manage manufacturing, supply chain, and purchasing, with a focus on driving profitability and sustainable growth for the division.

With a robust background in operations, Oulès previously served as COO at Balenciaga and has an extensive history with LVMH, having worked at brands like Guerlain and Celine. His academic credentials include degrees from Ecole Polytechnique and ENSTA ParisTech. Courtois expressed enthusiasm about Oulès' return, noting his proven track record in operational excellence and familiarity with the beauty industry.
