Amazon Expands Drone Delivery Service to 500 US Neighborhoods by 2026

Amazon is set to significantly expand its Prime Air delivery drone service, aiming to reach 500 neighborhoods across the U.S. by the end of 2026.
On August 19, the company announced plans to launch in major metropolitan areas including Chicago, Cleveland, Atlanta, Syracuse, and Boise, promising delivery within 30 to 60 minutes over areas of 175 square miles.
Currently operational in 10 cities, this expansion could bring drone delivery to millions but may raise concerns over noise pollution.
