Big Thief Unveils Ambitious Triple Album at Ryman Auditorium

In a captivating performance at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium, Big Thief premiered their highly anticipated triple album, Horsepower. The event featured special guests Lucinda Williams, Gillian Welch, and Iris DeMent, who graced the stage alongside the band.
During the show, lead singer Adrianne Lenker humorously invited fans to abandon any expectations of hearing familiar hits, as the band played through the entire 29-song album, albeit not in order. The ensemble included additional musicians Russ Pahl, Greg Leisz, Hannah Read, Richard Bowden, and Zosha Warpeha, enhancing the live experience.
Many tracks have been part of the band’s repertoire for years, with two songs, “Carry” and “Space and Time,” having previously debuted in May.
