Eater is bringing its beloved Off Menu event to Los Angeles on September 19, hosted at the iconic Tam O’Shanter restaurant. This annual gathering showcases the latest culinary trends and the chefs shaping the dining landscape.

Attendees can indulge in creations from local stars such as Holbox, Pasjoli, and Ji Rong, alongside contributions from renowned chefs like Gregory Gourdet from Portland and New York City’s Annie Shi and Jess Shadbolt.

“Off Menu is an unforgettable night of bites and experiences,” said Stephanie Wu, Eater’s editor-in-chief. Guests will have exclusive access to the Tam O’Shanter, with highlights including yakitori and duck from Cathay Pacific’s Garden and Atrium.

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, with all food and beverages included, plus a discount for Eater app users. Notably, Vox Media will donate all net proceeds to World Central Kitchen, supporting their humanitarian efforts.
