A local construction firm will develop a two-storey housing complex featuring 160 modular units to support workers at the offshore Sea Lion field, operated by Navitas Petroleum and Rockhopper Exploration. Hydrocarbon extraction is slated to commence in early 2028.
Additionally, a major fishing company received approval to build new offices, reflecting its expanding business and international presence.
