Haley Solar is on the hunt for a dynamic Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily functions at its three boutique stores in Los Angeles and Ventura. This hands-on role demands a leader adept at problem-solving and enhancing the customer experience.

The successful candidate will manage staff, ensuring stores are well-staffed and organized while upholding high standards of customer service and cleanliness. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing a motivated team, as well as proactive scheduling and issue resolution.

Additionally, the role entails fostering community connections through in-store events and promotional campaigns that attract new clientele. The ideal applicant will have a background in retail management, possess strong organizational skills, and be proactive in addressing operational needs.

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $24 to $28 per hour, based on experience. This is not a desk-bound job; the new manager will play a crucial role in shaping the store's future.
